In case you plan to change the nature of your business, then you MUST inform AMSLV manager or your merchant account manager. We will then determine whether the nature of your new business breaches the payment processing contract or not. But remember, if the nature of your business changes drastically, your acquiring bank may not be able to provide you a merchant account. In such a case, we will assist you in obtaining a new merchant account through one of our many banking partners.
Also, in case you do not inform AMSLV about such changes then you may be subjected to additional fines, merchant account interruptions, delayed payments or even a terminated merchant account.
